This unit basically walks you through common, contract, and statute law in relation to employment. As a commerce student (who has never studied law before) it look me a few weeks to get the hang of the delivery of the lectures and tutorials. My reason for 4 out of 5 is that the lecturer consistently ran over time (i'm talking 2.5 hour lectures), and I often found myself sifting through so much information to find what was really relevant. Nevertheless, I would still highly recommend this unit to everyone, as i believe it's important for all employees (and employers for that matter) to understand their basic rights.
