Really great content introducing Dietary Intake and Nutritional Assessment methods. Presentation of content could have been more engaging at times however this may boil down to personal preference and learning styles. The assessment in this unit was eye-opening and really helped to contextualise the difficulties faced in collecting dietary data from clients and patients. Would definitely recommend attending all tutorials.
