Great unit, especially if you're interested in languages. Honestly one of the most fun units I have taken at university, with really passionate and engaging teaching from the lecturer. The work was challenging but in a doable and satisfying way, along with plenty of resources and help easily accessible.

Really enjoyable subject. The lecturers were really helpful and the content was fantastic. Definitely recommend for anyone who is interested in learning a language (and/or is a Tolkien fan).

Fabulous teaching and very enjoyable course content. I found this unit both fun and very rigorous. Highly recommend, especially if you already enjoy learning about language.
