Reviews

If you are interest on getting a good grasp of what drives the ups and downs in the economy and security prices, take this unit. I think the previous reviews are based on the fact that David Kim didn't teach the unit in their semesters. He was an outperforming lecturer. Good assignments, good final exams. Now, there is a caveat. Don't think this is just another theory-based unit. It can be highly mathematical, and will require long hours of pondering. Econometrics background HIGHLY recommended.

Dreadful lecturer (Stephen Kirchner). Instead of using pen & paper, he went through the tutorials by just reading off the answers which was provided by his predecessor (David Kim).

A difficult unit but was taught badly. Complete and utter waste of time. Do not take this unless you really have no other choice.

Don't do it.
