Description
Accessible features LT.2 has a capacity of 200 seats with 4 wheelchair accessible spaces. The two storey building housing lecture theatres one and two are accessible via a ground floor entrance or via a lift to the 2nd floor entrance. Two sets of staircases lead to the second floor of K block, featuring handrails and highly visible anti-slip staircase nosing. Williams Sound infrared assistive hearing devices are available for use within these lecture theatres, used to connect audio to headphones or a hearing aid via a provided telephone coil coupler and an infrared receiver. Contact Student Wellbeing for support. Dedicated wheelchair spaces include height adjustable folding desks.
