This is a fairly easy first year subject. The tutorials are a good way to get hands on practice with the excel portions of the course and the lecturer explains everything else you need to know pretty well.

Beginning weeks are slow with minimal content but after 5 the content becomes heavy so don't forget about looking at each week's content even if you don't attend lectures. Also it sometimes takes a while for the concepts to fit together and connect in your mind so it can seem a bit BS when first starting to learn it. However, the assignment and midsem are easy and this subject is supposedly an easy 7 (I achieved a 7 so it is doable for sure).
