Hi! I’m a graduate of a Bachelor of Wildlife Science and a Masters in Molecular Biology. I offer online tutoring for chemistry, biology, genetics and zoology. I can specifically help for the UQ Gatton courses for wildlife science, many of which overlap with Vet Tech. I am happy to negotiate on pricing. $40 for an individual session, $60 for groups. Online only, sorry. I am available in the evenings (6.30pm on) and on weekends. If these times do not suit you, I can arrange to be available Mondays or other weekdays before 9am or after 4pm. My master's research involved DNA metabarcoding of pollen from native stingless bees. During my undergraduate degree, I worked as a UQ tutor for CHEM1004 and ANIM2053. I am patient and compassionate and I understand that study can be a very difficult time. I have lived experience through myself or loved ones with ADHD, autism, mental illness and the LGBT+ community, and I encourage you to be open about any struggles affecting your study if you wish. What you can expect: I'll ask you to email your lecture slides and any other relevant information to help me prepare for our session. I'll complete my own notes to help us to through the content, with a focus on understanding and breaking down complex ideas. You will also gain access to these notes to keep, usually by OneNote.
