Sydney University student that majored in Financial Mathematics and Statistics. I have previously tutored students at Sydney University in: MATH1111 (Introduction to Calculus), MATH1015 (Biostatistics), MATH1014 (Introduction to Linear Algebra), BUSS1020 Quantitative Business Analysis, MATH1011 Applications of Calculus and MATH1005 (Statistics). I have over 10 years of experience tutoring students from high school through to university. I breakdown concepts and am able to explain things for beginners or for the students looking to excel in their particular units. I have textbooks, notes, exam papers that I have gone through with my students still available.
I have successfully completed the advanced core units as part of my major: MATH1905 Statistics Advanced and MATH1903 Integral Calculus and Modelling (Advanced).
My previous educational background are degrees in : Engineering and Commerce.
I am familiar with the R software currently used on campus.

David is an excellent tutor, and highly recommended with his teaching approach. David is able to grasp the student's difficulties so that he can explain the concepts and mathematical problems in a clear and precise manner. Apart form numerical explanations, David offers graphical perspectives (which sometimes lecturers quickly skim over on) and additional learning content to assists students.
