Monash Science Tutor Riddhi

Hi everyone! I'm currently finishing my first year at Monash University, and I'm excited to help aspiring medical students feel confident, prepared and ready to crush their medical school interviews! I know that MMIs can seem intimidating. It's tricky trying to navigate ethical dilemmas and thinking on your feet during unexpected role-play scenarios. There's a lot to prepare for. But the good news is that you don't need to have all the answers. You just need to know how to approach the questions and that's exactly what we'll work on together! What can I help you with? - MMI Mock Stations: Practice realistic MMI stations covering medical ethics, communication, teamwork, empathy, healthcare issues, role-play and more. - Personalised Feedback: Get constructive, detailed feedback on your answers, including your communication, reasoning, structure and overall approach. - Thinking on Your Feet: Learn how to approach unfamiliar and challenging scenarios without relying on memorised scripts. - Ethical Reasoning: Develop the confidence to navigate complex ethical dilemmas, consider different perspectives and justify your decisions. - Interview Confidence: Build your ability to communicate clearly, authentically and confidently under time pressure. My Teaching Style: I'm a big believer in learning by doing! Our sessions will be interactive, conversational and tailored to your individual needs. Rather than simply telling you what makes a good answer, I'll challenge you with different scenarios, encourage you to think critically and help you recognise where you can improve. I want you to leave every session feeling more confident than when you started. My goal isn't to turn you into someone who gives perfect, rehearsed answers. It's to help you bring out the best version of yourself! A Little More About Sessions - Tutoring format: Online via Zoom/Google Meet. - Individual sessions: $90/hour - Group sessions (2+): $80/hour per student.
