Hi! I’m Rachel, an architecture and computational design tutor with experience across architectural practice, university teaching, and research. I can help students with architectural design, computational design, digital modelling, parametric workflows, and design communication, whether you’re looking for ongoing tutoring or some extra support with a particular assignment or project. My areas of tutoring include: * Architectural design and studio projects * Rhino 3D * Grasshopper and parametric design * Computational design workflows * 3D modelling and digital fabrication * Architectural drawings, diagrams and presentation * Portfolio development * Design concept development and refinement * Research and academic writing for architecture/design * General assignment and project guidance I have professional experience working in a range of architectural practices, alongside experience teaching architecture students at university level. I am also currently completing a PhD at UNSW focused on computational design, robotic fabrication and large-scale 3D printing for architecture and construction. My tutoring style is relaxed, practical and tailored to the individual student. I’m happy to work through a project with you, troubleshoot technical problems, help develop your design ideas, or teach software and computational workflows from the ground up.
