GAMSAT S2 & S1 Tutor | S2: 57 → 88 (99.9th Percentile) | 1-on-1 Tutoring | March 2027 Spots Open **Now taking students for MARCH 2027 GAMSAT: Section 2 and/or Section 1** Hi, I'm Nick! I've been tutoring GAMSAT Sections 1 & 2 for 2+ years. I achieved a score of 88 in Section 2 (up from 57) and 68 in Section 1 (up from 55). SERVICES: ➤ Free 15-minute intro call ➤ 1-on-1 tutoring: $75 per hour ➤ Small-group sessions (per person, per hour): 2 students $55 | 3-4 students $45 INCLUDED WITH TUTORING: ✓ High-scoring (85+) sample essays ✓ A breakdown of my approach to generating unique ideas for difficult themes ✓ New Task A and Task B quote sets representative of current S2 ✓ Curated S2 readings, strategies, and marking rubrics ABOUT MY SCORES: ➤ As StudentVIP does not verify tutor scores, I present my official ACER results live during our first session. ────────────────────────── Most applicants can score well in these sections. The problem is working out how. The GAMSAT landscape is filled with outdated advice and overpriced courses/tutors, with no reliable way to tell which is which until you’ve already paid. It took me four sittings and plenty of mistakes to work out what actually works. My aim is to share that knowledge so that you can skip that lengthy process of trial and error. Meaningful improvement in S1 and S2 comes from regular, personalised feedback on your own work rather than a 'one-size-fits-all' method. That’s what improved my own scores, and I’ve refined it through tutoring to help my students do the same. Every student I’ve worked with long-term has improved their S1 and/or S2 scores. ────────────────────────── SECTION 2 (WRITTEN COMMUNICATION): I'll start by marking your essays the way ACER would. From there, sessions are tailored to your specific weaknesses (e.g. ideas that circle back on themselves, or drifting off theme), with live feedback as we go. I’ll also cover high-yield themes and planning strategies for writing efficiently under time pressure. In recent sittings, S2 themes have shifted away from broad topics towards more niche ones that are difficult to prepare for directly. For that reason, I work on developing and extending the ideas you already have rather than replacing them. Learning to develop your own thinking transfers to any theme, and will help later with interview preparation too. SECTION 1 (REASONING IN HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES): The first step is figuring out what your actual weak areas are, which is rarely everything. Often it's timing, or the familiar experience of narrowing four options down to two and then choosing confidently between them, incorrectly. Sometimes it's specific text types or question styles. We'll target those weaknesses directly and build a strategy you can actually follow during your real sit. You'll also get access to ALL the practice materials I used to prepare for S1 and S2. ────────────────────────── Send me a message with where you're at and we'll book a free intro call.

Nick was a fantastic tutor. I had been prepping with another tutor before for about 2 months and our styles gelled so badly that I was freezing with even my essay plans 1month prior to my sit. Nick offered constructive feedback, a different perspective and emotional support prior to my sit and I know that SEC2 would have felt impossible without his support and guidance.

S2 used to be my weak point. I was memorising essays and trying to force them onto whatever theme came up, and it never really worked, especially now that the themes for S2 are so unpredictable. Nick taught me how to actually develop my ideas properly, building on each point to create a *mechanism* rather than simply stating claims. He was great at teaching me the foundations too, such as breaking down the theme, planning and writing to time. His feedback is always actionable and, importantly, realistic, and he gave me plenty of useful resources and exercises to work through! I’m feeling a lot more hopeful for the upcoming S2 sit this august! He’s the best tutor I’ve had for S1 & S2 and I couldn’t recommend him enough!
