UniMelb Health Tutor Michelle
The med application process shouldn’t make you tachy 😮💨 Let me help you get over the nerve-wracking med entry hurdles in a low-cortisol and friendly (and hopefully fun?) way 👯♀️
Even as a third-year medical student at the University of Melbourne, I’m not immune to the high-pressure assessments and clinical environments that are part and parcel of the med student/healthcare experience. Because I know what it’s like to get vertigo looking at the application process, I want to help aspiring doctors conquer their Goliaths in a supportive and encouraging way.
While I have a comprehensive MMI and GAMSAT tutoring curriculum, our focused session/s will be directed by your strengths and weaknesses. Maybe you have a PhD in Ethics, but struggle with Rural Health; or you’re a great abstract thinker, but not quite sure how to think about leadership dilemmas. Together, we’ll highlight your assets and tackle your challenges until they become merits too.
The logistics:
- FREE 15-minute initial consultation to discuss expectations, goals, and ultimately see whether I’m what you’re looking for
- 1h 1:1 session: $90
- 1h 2-3 group session: $75 per person
- Detailed written essay feedback: $30 per essay (up to 1000 words)
- Locations: Virtual, Parkville/CBD, Northern suburbs
- 💃 Optional: FREE pre-interview/GAMSAT pep talk and hype session 💃
- *Discounts are available for multi-session bookings*
Ultimately, my goal is not just to get you into med school, but to help you overcome these entry components calmly and confidently. I look forward to being a part of your journey!
