I have a BA/BEd (with Distinction) from UNSW, majoring in Dance and minoring in Linguistics. I completed teaching methods and practicums for Dance and EAL/D. I have been working as a teacher in a variety of schools since 2018. I then completed a Grad. Cert in Education Studies (TESOL) at UNE. Following that, I completed the Master's of Disability Studies (Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education) at Macquarie University. This degree focuses intently on speech perception, speech production, language and literacy diagnostic assessments and interventions. I have worked as a teacher in support units that cater to students with autism and hearing loss in high schools across Sydney. I am qualified to teach students from K-12 in the areas of EAL/D and Hearing Support. I am offering tutoring to students in bachelors and masters level qualifications in the areas of Eduction (Primary and Secondary), Linguistics, Speech and Language Pathology and Deaf Education. I am open to teaching both individuals and small groups (up to 5 people) and can teach online and face to face -- on campus, at your house or at a suitable library. I am available weeknights after 5 and weekends.
