UNSW Engineering Tutor Amir

Hi, I’m Amir. I’m a Software Engineering (Honours) student at UNSW, studying part-time while working full-time. My teaching style is very thorough. I focus on helping students understand the foundations behind what they’re doing, so they actually learn the topic properly instead of just memorising steps. I make sure students understand the prerequisites and the “why” behind the work, which helps them build confidence and improve long-term. I can help as a tutor by explaining concepts clearly, filling in gaps in understanding, and working through problems step by step at a pace that suits you. I’m available to tutor in person at UNSW, online, at your place, or at mine. My rate is $30 per hour flat for now, though I’m happy to discuss adjustments if needed.
