I am a current Year 1 MD student at The University of Sydney, and I help students prepare effectively for Australian medical school MMIs. During my own application cycle, I realised that while many applicants focus heavily on academics, the MMI is often weighted just as strongly and can be the deciding factor in securing an offer. As someone with average undergraduate results, I knew I had to excel in the interview to stay competitive. However, I found a clear lack of affordable, Australia-specific MMI resources, with many existing prep courses being either vague or overpriced. Having completed multiple MMIs myself, I understand the current Australian MMI formats, expectations, and common pitfalls. Drawing on my background in advertising and psychology, I focus on helping students communicate clearly, confidently, and authentically under pressure. My one-hour lessons provide a structured breakdown of the entire MMI process, from presentation and communication style to the types of questions you may encounter and how to approach them thoughtfully. Sessions are tailored for both high school leavers and undergraduate applicants applying for medical school, with the goal of helping you feel prepared and confident on the day of your interview.
