I'm a first year medical student at UQ. Before studying medicine, I completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Science (Biomedicine) in 2020, then worked full-time in management consulting for several years. I scored well enough across GPA and GAMSAT, but it was my interview that I credit with really getting me across the line (>90%). My background allows me to bring a unique approach to MMI prep – blending structure and strategy with communication skills developed in a professional setting. My approach is less formulaic - preferring to focus on helping you find a way to communicate with clarity that gets across who you are. We can tailor the sessions to your needs but tend to include: - A discussion about how best to prep for the upcoming MMI - Mock MMIs with personalised feedback - Skill-building around key MMI criteria like empathy, teamwork, adaptability, ethics, and verbal communication - A flexible framework for approaching any station with confidence Sessions available via Zoom or in person (dependent on location and times).
