Hi everyone! I'm Alex, and I'm currently studying a Doctor of Medicine at the University of Melbourne (Class of 2027). In 2023, I was able to complete a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Monash University and received CSP offers from all the medical schools that I applied for (Monash and UniMelb). To ensure that I received these offers, I spent 200+ hrs developing and revising strategies for the medical interview, including utilising unique answer structures, flexibly dealing with curveball questions and managing time effectively. In 2024, in my first year of tutoring MMI, 8 out of 9 students I tutored were able to receive CSP offers at their first preference. Since then, I've done some reflection and improvement to my lessons and feel very confident that I can provide a well rounded, systematic method to tackling MMIs!
