UQ Science Tutor Joshua

I am currently completing a PhD in Mathematics at the University of Queensland. I bring to the table nearly 6 years of tutoring experience, ranging all the way from primary school to undergraduate level education. I have been a lecturing assistant at UQ, and received an SMP Tutor Award in 2022! My tutor evaluations have always been positive, where I have been described as friendly, patient, respectful, and a clear communicator. Having completed my undergraduate studies at UQ, I am familiar with the structure of the courses I tutor. I have a positive approach to teaching, and by the end of our session, you will have the confidence to get the grade you are striving for! The way I run my tutoring sessions varies and is customised to your needs. I can help you with course content, assignments, tutorial problems, exam preparation, subject selection, research, report writing, etc. Regarding tutoring location, I would prefer to meet face-to-face at the UQ St Lucia campus, however, I do offer Zoom sessions if preferred.
