UniMelb Health Tutor Jackson

I found Jackson to be a great S2 and UniMelb interview tutor. He helped me really lock down my structure and confidence for writing essays and answering essay questions and provided very helpful, actionable feedback. Would definitely recommend.

Jackson is an amazing S2 tutor! His private lessons are very individually tailored, where he emphasises teaching logical skills and critical thinking so that you can break down any essay prompt without memorising content or examples. The essay feedback he provides are constructive, clear, and detailed, which makes it easy to understand weaknesses and incorporate the feedback into future essays. The additional course materials he provides, such as content and sample essays, are also very organised and comprehensive. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a S2 tutor!

Section 2 has continuously been my weakest section, however, with the help of Jackson's feedback and guidance I was able to improve 6 points between sittings. He was able to target my specific concerns and weaknesses, which has definitely improved my writing skills overall, not only in terms of GAMSAT essays.

Jackson was a phenomenal Gamsat section 2 tutor. His lessons were well planned which made writing and understanding the complexities of section 2 manageable. He would go above and beyond with marking essays and providing feedback in a timely manner. This was my first sitting and I was not comfortable with writing essays. Jackson managed to help me score 66, which I was stoked with. Definitely one of the best tutors I have ever had and would recommend his services to anyone.

At first I found S2 of the GAMSAT to be quite daunting, but Jackson has since dispelled this feeling. He has inspired me to think deeply and write with clarity and precision. His feedback is clear and constructive, pushing me to think critically about my writing. I always find myself surprised by the depth of his knowledge and how easily he explains difficult concepts very simply. Even though it'll be my first sitting, I am confident that the skills he taught will help me achieve the score I desire.

Jackson is a spectacular tutor for S2. I've gotten tutoring from other tutors before, however I've definitely learnt the most from him. His approach is direct and to the point and helps you understand the basics of essay writing as well as what's required for S2. The weekly feedback is where I benefited the most and his critiques were always insightful and constructive. Having to write weekly essays definitely helped keep me on track and put me ahead of others who haven't done much practice. He's got plenty of teaching experience and I 100% recommend him if you're looking for a tutor.

Jackson is an excellent Gamsat tutor for section 2, I think what distinguishes him from others is the way he constantly challenges but guides my critical thinking. His teaching approach has helped me became more confident in dealing with the variable prompts. He always provides very helpful and constructive feedback in my essays With his help, I increased my section 2 results from 64 to 80. Really recommend him for anyone prepping for gamsat soon.
