Hey Students! I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and I am currently embarking on a path towards postgraduate medicine to specialise in psychiatry. I completed my degree with an award for academic excellence. In addition, I am also an academic tutor at Macquarie University. Despite my academic achievements, I struggled a lot during my degree. For example, I remember receiving 56% for a 300-word assignment in my first year. It was not until I changed my approach to studying that I realised that my bad marks had nothing to do with my intelligence, but everything to do with my study technique. These study techniques aim to drive curiosity and lateral thinking - making studying enjoyable rather than boring and repetitive. Services provided: 1) Tutoring for exams and lecture content - My tutoring approach aims to equip students with the latest evidence based study techniques. 2) Tutoring for Assignments and Essays: - Breaking down the assessment outline - Provide feedback based on the assignment rubric. - Provide key pointers to approach an assignment. *Practice test are included for on-going students. *Semester 2 Subjects will be releases later on.
