Legal ethics and professional responsibility is a strict, mandatory requirement for anyone seeking admission to practice law in Australia (known as one of the "Priestley 11" core subjects). Dal Pont is the undisputed king of this subject, and his texts are used nationwide. While Thomson Reuters pushed out an 8th edition recently, this 7th edition (released late 2020) covers the foundational Legal Profession Uniform Law frameworks flawlessly.
