$70 for both books: Principles and Cases. Both are in good condition. The textbook contains some highlighting and minor markings. No water damage or torn pages. The Principles book is 6th ed and the Cases book is 14th ed, I used it for both Fundamental and Advanced Contract Law in S1/24 and S2/25.
