Didn't enjoy this unit at all. Very content heavy when there was really no point in attending lectures at all since there was no exam. There was one the previous year, don't known why there wasn't one this year. Assignments had no relevance to weekly learning concepts, and some assignments with certain topics were expected to have been completed before being taught in class. Was somewhat hard to get a good mark in this unit, there seemed to be marking bias. Don't procrastinate the assignments or it will ruin you.

Neuroscience is a very challenging subject. It involves a lot of critical thinking and analysis regarding the translation of 2D diagrams to 3D models and the relation of different brain structures and areas to function. Take advantage of the practical lesson time by discussing assignments with your group and tutors.
