HiQ is the first point of contact (face-to-face, or via phone, email or chat) for students, staff and the wider community to get information about courses, university processes, and technology support and library support. They can help with: -General enquiries -Technology support and IT help -Library support, including researching and referencing -Academic study skills -Student administration processes including enrolment, admission, fees and advanced standing The HiQ team works closely with faculties and other student services to connect students with specialist support, and opportunities that enhance their university experience
