I completed 70317 with a distinction last semester. These notes include summarised articles, statutory provisions and cases for each topic to help you understand what you really need to know for each tutorial and the exam. I suggest you print these out and have it with you in lectures and tutorials. Make any additional notes on the notes as you need to and that's all you'll need for the exam.
