Description

High quality, content dense and common sense Criminal Law notes. Used these in the final exam. I like to use a straight forward, short sentence style of writing in notes that explains difficult concepts in a quickly and easily understood manner. My notes are generally structured in a scaffold format with content organised under key questions in each section that follow a logical order for answering problem questions. The 'meta-scaffold' on the front page sample shows this style. Note: the sample is a selection of different parts of the notes - contains a scaffold for Assault and Self-Defence. Enjoy!
