LLB130 HD and 1st in year Criminal Law Study Notes

With these LLB130 study notes, I managed to gain a High Distinction and come first in my year. These study notes include a summary of all the topics except for Murder as we did an assessment on it, that being said murder was one of the easier topics to learn. These notes include legislation as well as a quick one page (roughly) summary of each topic that I used during the exam to direct me in answering problem questions and essays. I don't know what I would have done without it. Hope you find these as helpful as I did.
