Description

A complete set of scaffolds in diagram format for the evidence mid-semester and final exams. The colour-coded diagram format is particularly useful for exams in evidence law, which is a content- and statute-heavy course. I have formatted the diagram to be taken into the exam as a scaffold - when it is printed out larger topics lay out over a two-page spread for easy access. Includes: - My notes on different cases and topics for the final exam essay - see boxes with red text - Reminders taken from class notes or PQ answers - see blue boxes - Only the relevant facts of cases to analogise to in the exam - see green boxes Topics covered: 1. Introduction 2. Relevance 3. Proof (i) 4. Adversarial trial 5. Adducing evidence - Witnesses 6. Documents and real evidence 7. Credibility 8. Hearsay 9. Tendency and coincidence evidence 10. Character of the accused 11. Opinion 12. Discretions 13. Admissions 14. Privilege against self-incrimination 15. Proof (ii)
