These notes contain everything you need to do well in the midsem exam (subject to changes in exam content covered (NB These notes have a sister set of notes for the final exam. Together they cover the course comprehensively.)) The bold page numbering and index at the end are there to be used in the exam. You see a hearsay issue look at the index, find the page and then you're right there with comprehensive and detailed notes on that issue. (NB the numbering in the preview will be off due to formatting of the preview document, but the numbering is correct in the actual document)-- I recommend that you colour code the index, but it worked fine for me without.
