These notes are comprehensive and include succinct summaries for quick reference in Final Exam conditions. These notes also include authority tables and element tables which disaggregate the mens rea and actus reus elements and are made specifically for the dual purposes of quick referencing and check listing off the requirements for each offence. Where useful, legislation is extracted in full and both colour coded and annotated. A case brief is provided for major cases with all other relevant principles extracted in short form. A redacted sample of the notes is provided. The changes following the introduction of positive consent laws (for section 61HK of the Crimes Act) are not included, as these notes predate the introduction of those amendments.
