Description

Comprehensive, structured notes which contain SCRIPTING, CASE SUMMARIES and are COLOUR CODED for ease of reference. These notes have been compiled from lectures, readings, tutorials and LSS tutorials. I achieved 93 HD OVERALL and use these notes during the exam. I found them to be very useful as they contain: - Scripted introductory, body and concluding sentences that can be used in an exam to save time; - Case summaries some of which are comprehensive but many which are succinct, summarising only key facts more useful in the time-pressured environment of an exam; and - Clear structure that can be followed systematically during an exam. The following topics are included in these notes as they were the examinable topics during Semester 1, 2024: - Topic 3 - Mortgages; - Topic 4 - An Introduction to the Enforceability of Property Interests and the Torrens System; - Topic 5 - The Principle of Indefeasibility of Title; - Topic 6 - Exceptions to Indefeasibility of Title; and - Topic 7 - Unregistered Interests.
