They are the latest notes on contract law (being updated as of 2023) and are carefully worded in simple terms to allow accessibility and easy understanding. A lot of times, it can get messy trying to extract relevant notes and principles and I have tried my best to clear out any confusion and cluster of irrelevant information. For the reader's aid, I have also incorporated insightful diagrams as a guidepost in establishing the relevant principles (see sample for examples). The second half of the document is pure case law notes. For each element of contract formation, I have seperated cases based on their relevance, with a further division into Facts-Issue-Outcome. This section includes mostly all the cases that you will need in your contract law studies. Again, I have included an example of this section in the sample notes. So please have a look.
