Highly Comprehensive Ethics Law Exam Notes (HD 88)

These complete scripted notes which contain all legislation and relevant cases were used in my exam and allowed me to score a HD (88) overall. I scored internally. Thus, I scored () on the exam. These scripted notes are formatted through headings and sub headings that make the notes very easy to utilise and copy out in an exam situation (see pages 10-20 of Sample Notes). These notes also include detailed policy discussion (see pages 21-28 of Sample Notes). I read all the additional readings and extracted ideas I thought would be useful for a policy question. Importantly, I have included AGLC4 compliant footnotes for all authorities ( cases, legislation, journal articles etc). I read the cases and legislation so exact pinpoints are used. Whilst this method of notes construction was incredibly arduous for myself, it provides for a clear understanding of how the legislation and case law applies to a problem question and ensures a complete and succinct answer is written. These complete methodically crafted scripted notes will serve as your Ethics bible as I have compartmentalised my deep understanding of Ethics Law’s content into exam-ready responses. With these notes you will be able to succeed in any Ethics Law exam as well as save countless hours trying to understand content and make notes for this exam. NB: I completed the undergraduate equivalent of LAW5015 ( LAW4309).
