An A4 note for final exam

This is an double-page A4 note I made specifically for my open-book final exam in which I got D! I have summarised the most important examable points and relevant case law and Corporations Act for your exam reference. It is also gonna help you with preparation before each lecture throughout the semester! Because the space is limited so I didn't give any division of chapters through my paper, I highly recommend you go through each point on my paper with the textbook to make some marks you need on the margins.
