These notes obtained an overall mark of 90 and the Edmund Barton Chambers Prize for Evidence & Advocacy in 2022. The landscape format (while unconventional) increases the legibility of the table-structured flowchart, which opens up to an A3 page when bound with a double-sided print. The flowchart structure follows the exam answer process being: (a) relevance; (b) exclusionary rules; (c) judicial discretion; and (d) warnings, in that order. The detailed sections following broadly align with the structure of the lectures. Cross-references within the flowchart section point to the relevant parts in the detailed notes for better analysis and in-depth case summaries.
