All of Criminal law 1 summarised. The way these notes were designed was with the intention to make it easy to find information quickly in an exam, with notes formatted in a way to to help you build your arguments/iracs. So all notes have an Offence, elements, case example, simplified examples, court obitor/comments, mentions of any relevant court of appeal, and any further research I found. Goes up until Defences, which starts in Criminal Law 2 so has been left blank. This concept list took me nearly a week to write from a existing lecture notes, it's incredibly in depth.
