HD 88 Property law class test notes

These are the notes that I used to receive a 88 in the law 2112 class test. It is important to note that for all problem-style questions I received 20/21 which is 95% and the information for the policy question is excluded from my notes as the topic of this question changes each year. I made these notes using the required textbooks, seminars, tutorials, lexis nexis study guides and various other textbooks on property law available in the library.
