Description

The notes follow a "scaffold" structure, and cover all the elements of the course in an easy-to-memorise way. I also colour-coded the notes to make it easier to memorise and locate legal principles: cases in aqua, statutory provisions in blue, contentious issues in orange, definitions in pink, problematic/unsettled areas of law in red.
