MLL424 Administrative Law Exam and Assignment notes - top mark in assignment (92%) and high Distinction overall

These are my detailed notes for the final exam and for the assignment in MLL424 in Trimester 1 of 2020. I received a high Distinction overall, and 92% for the assignment which was the top mark in the subject. The assignment was on the same topic as the exam (judicial review) so these notes are for BOTH assessment tasks.
