HD MISLEADING TORTS NOTES (with exam templates, case summaries, legislations and diagrams)

Description

These are the only notes I used to achieve a HD. All topics are included. Notes are in three sections: 1. Exam templates 2. Notes 3. Summaries In the exam I use the exam templates and summaries (separating the summary notes from the general notes) and then use the general notes to look at specific legislation and cases etc. that are included. Notes are from readings, weekly content and extra research. Really straight forward as to which elements are needed for each type of question, including different tables, diagrams and legislation to help in the exam setting.
