These notes are a summary of the key concepts for the final exam. These notes have been taken from the pre-class work on edge, lectures, textbook and readings, summarised to the most succinct and easy to read format. The final exam covers weeks 1, 2, 3, 12 and 13, which covers the topics of what is marketing, understanding customers and behaviour, designing for customers / customer experience, value creation and marketing innovation, respectively. Being an open book multiple choice exam, I found having my notes in this format was the easiest way to quickly flick through and get the right information.
