HD LDR Exam notes
Subject notes for Monash LAW4303
Description
Succinct exam notes on the course (from Tania's lectures, LSS tutes and normal tutes) Very comprehensive but also concise notes. Structured in a checklist manner that will allow all the relevant issues to be easily identified. Includes pre-formulated sentence structures to allow for an efficient answer in an exam (whilst maximising marks). Most importantly, at the end of my notes, I haved generated a list of typical questions which are normally asked in LDR exams and written very useful guiding points. All topics covered in the course are included: Topic 1-2 - Case Management and Overarching Obligations Topic 3 - Jurisdiction Topic 4 - Instituting Proceedings Topic 5 - Parties and Causes of Action Topic 6 - Class Actions Topic 7 - Service and Appearance Topic 8 - Pleadings Topic 9 - Methods of Gathering Evidence Topic 10 - Interlocutory Applications Topic 11 - Disposition Topic 12 - Costs Note: purple writing in the notes are extra information for background
