Torts & Contracts II - 83D Notes + Scaffolds

High quality, content dense and common sense T&C II notes. Used these for the final exam. I like to use a straight forward, short sentence style of writing in notes that explains difficult concepts in a quickly and easily understood manner. My notes are generally structured in a scaffold format with content organised under key questions in each section that follow a logical order for answering problem questions. The 'meta-scaffold' on the front page sample shows this style. Note: the contracts section only starts from vitiating factors as the final exam does not cover the earliest material that is assessed in the mid-sem assignment Note: the sample is not the entirety of the notes, but just a random selection of pages and the meta-scaffold.
