*TRIMESTER TEMPLATE* - HD COLOUR CODED and VERY DETAILED notes

I used these notes to receive an overall mark of 88 (High Distinction) in RCD. There are two sets of notes to buy: 1) Problem Question notes - useful for the legal principles 2) Theoretical notes - useful for the essay component In summary, these notes have been comprehensively put together in a template format and are based on the substantive topics covered in the trimester RCD course. My notes are all COLOUR CODED and NEATLY ORGANISED into different subsections, tables and headings. They also have MINI-PRACTISE QUESTIONS, DIAGRAMS and PICTURES integrated into the notes. Altogether, there are 142 PAGES of SCAFFOLDED ANSWERS ready for you to slot into the exam. In addition, the relevant provisions of the legislation have been boxed in YELLOW for you to follow during the exam. In these notes, I've scaffolded a template that can be used in both the mid-sem and final exam problem question. The scaffold contains the issues, rule (law) and then possible ways to apply the law (ie. applying the facts of the case). I have included blank spaces where it is appropriate to apply the facts. Heavy emphasis placed on DISCOVERY, SUBPOENAS, WITNESS PREPARATION, FREEZING ORDERS, SETTLEMENT OFFERS and LEGAL CLIENT PRIVILEGE, I hope these notes will be as useful to you as they were for me in RCD. Having notes COLOUR CODED and NEATLY ORGANISED was a real asset in a time pressured exam.
