It is all about quality guys!

Here is my tips fsharing with you, you will NOT have enough time in the final exam to look for sections or case law in the book. ALL you have to do is reading this note, be familiar with it, try to understand any provided content and you will be fine. You actually don't need the book and handbook for the exam :-)

In this note, I did summarize all the relevant topic for FINAL exam (from lecture 5 to 11). ALL the relevant sections and cases law were provided for you. Most importantly, I also write what I understand about the case (case summary). This note is written in a precise structure (no rubbish).

Best of luck with your ACL subject.
