All topics are covered in these notes. The notes are compiled from lectures, tutes, textbook reading and extra research. With a fully annotated Section 18 of the Vic Constitution. These notes are all I took into the exam to achieve a HD. The table of contents made it really easy for me to find things in the exam. The first portion of the notes are extensive and in depth notes, with the second portion being summaries from each topic. I chose to divide my notes into two books, using primarily the summaries and then using the more extensive notes when I needed extra information. This meant I wasn't overwhelmed with the content of the notes in the exam.
