This upload contains my theory notes put together (at a cheaper price). Note that you can also buy my detailed substantive notes as well. There aren't too many topics that can be covered in the theory component of the course. I prepared essays for each one of these topics - then in the final exam, I just copied the essay out. These notes contain essay plans and essay points (including fully-written responses) for the following topics and essay topics: - “All trusts are ultimately based on intention” - "The award of injunctions and specific performance is the product of unfettered discretion under the guise of fairness" - "Resulting trusts are express trusts found through relationships and conduct" - "Constructive trusts imposed with reference to cases such as Baumgartner v Baumgartner do NOT fairly capture all contributions, economic and non-economic" .... note I have extracted other essay topics as well in my notes.
