This is the complete set of notes I've made and compiled specifically for the exam last year. Hence, it contains all the relevant information needed to be reviewed either before or after lectures and also for the exam. The contents of this file include: Week 1 - Introduction Week 2 - Strategy Week 3 - Web Analytics Week 4 - SEO Week 5 - SEM (Pay Per Click) Week 6 - Web Design & UX Week 7-8 - Viral Marketing & eWOM Week 10 - Social Media Week 11 - Email & Mobile Virology Notes  I've summarised and re-written most of the contents for all the 11 weeks of lectures to make it more comprehensible. I've also included summarised notes from the Virology series that the lecturer had decided to be examinable last year. They are great supplementary information that could be used to make your exam answers achieve full marks. This note is also formatted in a way that is easier on the eyes (hint: it's not just a wall of text) with bullet points, coloured text, and bold text. According to my tutor, topics highlighted in red and/or with exclamation marks (in the note) are frequent questions asked in the exam. While this file should cover most, if not all, of the theory part of the subject, please do still go over examples (such as the practices on lectures), tutorials, and sample exams if available to help in your studies. This note should just be considered as a revision or a reminder of the most important parts of the subject. I especially suggest you to revise illustrations/graphs/pictures from the lectures as the lecturer may include a question that came from an obscure concept from a single slide throughout the whole semester.
