Description

These notes include the elements of actions in torts involving the person (battery, assault, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of harm, defamation), torts involving goods (trespass to goods, conversion, detinue), torts involving animals (scienter), torts involving land (trespass to land, nuisance) and the tort of privacy. It also includes the relevant defences for each action.
