Remedies Exam Notes - Distinction

These are notes written for the purpose of the Autumn 2019 Remedies exam. I received a distinction in the exam and a distinction (82) for the subject overall. These notes were instrumental in achieving this result. John Juriansz was the unit coordinator and Witzleb et al was the primary text. All page and paragraph references are to this book except where otherwise specified. Please note that the case list at Appendix 1 was compiled with close reference to the case list provided by the unit coordinator for the purpose of question 3 of the exam. As such, it is not a comprehensive list of cases relevant to the unit.
